We Will Fight For Child Support
We will fight for a fair amount of child support. Child support is important, because kids should come first in a divorce and deserve to be cared for financially.
Child Support payments are calculated using the Missouri Supreme Court’s Form 14, and should be fair. Mostly, payments are based on both parents’ gross monthly income.
Child Support
The income amounts of the parents are adjusted for things such as other children in each parent’s custody from other relationships, maintenance is paid or received, and other child support paid or received.
The amount of the basic support table is then adjusted for other factors, such as health insurance costs for the child, childcare costs, extraordinary costs and overnight custody that the paying parent has of the children each year in the Parenting Pan.
